Our Approach

Scheme Data Collection, Monitoring & Reporting

We tracked expenses and gathered beneficiary data of every scheme implemented by the department and submitted reports on region-wise ground-level impact. This helped the board predict future budgets.

Cost Benefit Analysis

Our team used key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial modelling to evaluate the ROIs of schemes to provide stakeholders with a clear understanding of the schemes effectiveness and guide necessary adjustments. This is to ensure schemes stay within financial constraints which maximizing their impact across the region.

Year on Year Comparative Analysis of Schemes

We conducted detailed analysis of Y-on-Y and six monthly comparisons of schemes along with impact study of direct and indirect costs of the schemes, so as to assess attainment of scheme objectives as also obtain key insights for future action.
